All right, for his physical appearance:
- He has two scars that are shaped like bird claws. It's not coincidence but a mark given to him because he's part of a corporation.
- The cloak you see is often wrapped around him to hide most of his armor. It includes a hood.
- He doesn't wear shoes because he wants to be as quiet as possible while walking.
- There are bird claws on his gloves. If he makes a fist the pointy parts will stick out and become a dangerous weapon rather than decoration.
- His armor is designed for stealth and to avoid combat but he does have leather protection just in case.
- Many pockets to collect valuables (which are often stolen goods and expensive jewelry picked out of pockets)
- He owns a dagger shaped like a feather. A feather is the symbol for the corporation.
